American Heritage Girls, Troop #MN03017 (grades K-8) - American Heritage Girls is a Christ-centered, faith-based, scouting program for girls. Their mission is "Building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country".

Athletics (organized through FLAAA) - The Forest Lake Area Athletic Association oversees five youth traveling sports programs (baseball, basketball, fastpitch, hockey, and volleyball) and has four in-house sports programs (football, modified pitch softball, boys lacrosse, and girls lacrosse). They serve the 13 communities included in the boundaries of the Forest Lake Area School District (ISD 831): Columbus, East Bethel, Forest Lake, Ham Lake, Hugo, Lino Lakes, Linwood, Marine, May Township, Scandia, Stacy, Wyoming and Wyoming Township. Typically, Saint Peter's parents volunteer to coach a team of students and may combine with other local schools to fill a team if needed.
Band and Orchestra (grades 6-8) – Students in middle school have the opportunity to participate in the band or orchestra programs offered by Independent School District #831. Students participate in band/orchestra during the school day at Forest Lake Middle School. Transportation is provided by District #831 buses. Grade 6 students participate in large group band one day per week after school.
Boy Scouts of America, Troop #487 (grades K-8) - BSA's goal is to train youth in responsible citizenship, character development, and self-reliance through participation in a wide range of outdoor activities, educational programs, and, at older age levels, career-oriented programs in partnership with community organizations.

Choir (grades 3-8) – The School Choir is built into the general music curriculum and meets during the school day. The choir sings at the weekly school Masses.
Forest Lake Area Schools Community Education - Additional programs are offered through the Forest Lake Area Schools Community Education program such as swimming, arts, theatre, athletic programs, classes, etc.
Little Flowers Club (grades K-6) – Little Flowers is a group for girls and their mothers to learn about the Saints, virtues, our faith and the Church.
Liturgical Ministry (grades 4-8) – Liturgical Ministry offers students the chance to serve in the rich traditions of the Catholic Church as altar servers.

Safety Patrol (grades 4-8) - Students assist a teacher with providing a safe route for students who walk home.

Skiing/Snowboarding Program (grades 5-8) - As part of the Physical Education curriculum, students participate in an instructional downhill ski or snowboarding program each winter during January and February on Wednesday afternoons. They receive a one hour lesson followed by time to practice and have fun with their classmates.
Wolfridge Environmental Camp - Finland, MN (grade 5) - This three-day experience is an integral part of the social studies and science curriculum. While at camp, students are active during the day and evening attending classes and all-group activities.
Yearbook Club (grade 8) - This club works together to design, create and publish our school's annual yearbook.
